- No registration or login is required to use all features.
- We do not collect, store or upload any data that can identify you (name, phone, email, address, location, device ID, etc.).
2. The Only Permission We Request
- Bluetooth permission is needed solely to connect and control your bike light.
- It is used only during pairing and for no other purpose.
3. How We Use the Information
- To establish and maintain the Bluetooth connection with the light.
- To re-connect automatically and notify you if the link is lost.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
- We never share any information with third parties.
- Except when required by law or in a merger/acquisition, where the recipient must continue to follow this policy.
5. Your Rights
- You can disable Bluetooth permission in system settings at any time; the app will then be unable to connect to the light but other functions remain unaffected.
- Since no personal data is collected, there is no need for access, correction or deletion.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our service or legal requirements change; any material change will be notified via in-app notice.
